Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
From the early days of my childhood, I was deeply fascinated by stories of queens and kings. I religiously followed the life of Queen Elizabeth II and embodied her as my role model. She is a lady with great poise and a woman who maintains her dignity and calm even in the toughest situations.

Why does inclusion matter to you?
In today’s world, inclusion is imperative. Every voice is important, and each one can help develop a cohesive, collaborative and creative work environment. Therefore, it is critical that everyone feels valued and respected.
How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?
In my current role, I interact with many women, some of whom are only at the start of their careers. I advise them to learn as much as possible, as there is a lesson to be taken from everything, even the smallest of tasks.
It is important to be curious, adaptable and keep evolving with time. And most importantly, there is no substitute for hard work!
